SharePoint: Error 2282

When starting the Central Administartion website you get a Service Unavailable error (503) and the applicationpool is stopped.

In the eventlog you see a 2282 error:
The Module DLL ‘C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\isapi\owssvr.dll’ could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a x86 processor architecture. The data field contains the error number.

Solution:
Go to the applicationpool SharePoint Central Administration v4 an set Enable 32-Bit Applications to False
